The Weather in Osaka: Fall

As we all know, the fall weather in Japan is quite beautiful, including bright red, yellow, and orange leaves from various trees, as well as cherry blossoms and momiji trees. "Yes, the leaves are so beautiful. It's so wonderful to be under the falling leaves and cherry blossoms," Kaelani Palanca, a grade 7 student at Nakatsu OYIS stated.

Even our school has some beautiful trees!

"This photo makes me feel calm, because I like looking at all the different photos and thinking about how the wind blows in the trees.," Chloe DeLue, a grade 7 student at Nakatsu OYIS, said.

The weather will be, as said by Osaka Japan Weather Forecast, that for about the next seven days, the high will be 15C°, and the low 4C°. The highest precipitation amount will be about 50%. (It will be rainy on the second and third of December.)

This table shows the weather for the upcoming days in detail, providing information, clarity, and conformation.

Little Science Lesson: Why do the leaves on trees change color in the fall? First of all, leaves need water, sunlight, air, and this substance called chlorophyll which is created by the sun and gives the leaves their color, and also gets turned into sugars for the leaves to eat. As soon as it turns to fall, the sun starts to give less sunlight on earth, causing the colder weather and making the leaves produce less chlorophyll, so the leaves don't create any more food, preparing for the winter. As the chlorophyll fades, so does the color in the leaves. This is what make the leaves look red, yellow, and orange in the fall.
